Here's what our patients are saying about Roberts Physical Therapy!

I was a bit afraid at first, but after clear instruction, I became more confident. The exercises have made my hip much stronger. I'm very confident in my PT's ability to increasingly make me better. I will recommend him any chance I have!

Linda G. | Plainfield

I am so grateful that Roberts Physical Therapy has continue to employ such a wonderful staff. I had used their service nearly 2 years ago and when I needed PT again, I was not sure what the status would be post COVID (to a degree anyway!), and was glad to find the business still going and able to meet yet another PT. I cannot say enough about the skill and care my therapist has given me so far. I am dealing with a "failed" knee replacement and he was spot on in not only guiding my early sessions, but already had had an idea that the implant may have "failed" and did not want me to over-extend the area until further testing. He gave me skills to work on until after my next surgery and I already know I will be in good hands when I can return. I would urge anyone to consider the best when dealing with your PT needs. I truly know of no other place I would receive such one-to-one care and individual care. No need to go to the "big city" when the best is "right up the road". The entire staff treats you as if you are already a friend. "I'll be back!" Thank you for your help in the past and now!

Came in for hip and neck pain. I was given exercises, and as time went on, I was feeling way better with PT and exercises combined. Jacob was really good with my recovery. I would recommend Roberts Physical Therapy to others!

Started PT due to lower back pain. Working with Jacob over the last few months I have come a long way. I am very satisfied with my outcomes at Roberts Physical Therapy!

Gerald L. | Amherst

I started physical therapy after my second knee replacement surgery. All of the exercises at home and in the office have gotten me to place of being able to walk very well, bend my knee easily, walk up and down stairs and feel safe. Having surgery was the right decision - and coming to Roberts Physical Therapy was the best place for PT. Thank you for all of the encouragement and motivation!

Jacob, Brett, and Sharon were all great! On my last day of therapy, I told Jacob, I hope I don't have to do anything like this again anytime soon. But, if I ever do need this again, Jacob is who I'd want working me! My orthopedic doctor was very impressed with Jacob and my outcome.

Jay K. | Amherst

After having orthoscopic knee surgery, I was having trouble bending my knee and having a lot of nerve and muscle pain, but with Jacob's help and showing me what exercises would help me, after a month or so I feel I have gained my strength back. I would recommend Jacob to anyone who needs physical therapy. And then I can't say enough about Sharon. She is so kind and helpful, as soon as you walk in the door, you know you made the right decision coming to the clinic in Amherst.

Mary V. | Amherst

When I first came, my neck was very stiff with very little mobility. I also had pain in my upper back. Thanks to Jacob for the physical therapy and exercises. I am pain free and mobility is normal!

Beverly C. | Amherst

Before coming here, I couldn't walk right after my knee surgery. I could do stairs, but it would take me five minutes to get down two. Now leaving her I was going up on a 12-inch stair no problem! I'm very happy with the service I had there and would suggest everyone to come here. Carl and all the other staff have treated me with respect and patience, and I'm so thankful for all of them for giving me my life back!

Before my time at PT, I was putting off seeing any doctors or physical therapists. My mobility was severely limited to the point of knee pain getting in and out of the car, avoiding stairs, and general pain throughout the day. Enough was enough, as my summer was being impacted. I started PT in a relaxed environment where they helped me go at my own pace and gave me movement exercises and suggestions that were easily incorporated into my daily routine. After a few months I was so glad to be so much more mobile and out of pain! Thank you so much!

Kristina | Wisconsin Rapids

After months of frustration with a stubborn ankle injury, I decided to go to Roberts Physical Therapy for help. I worked with my PT to help understand my injury and how to get back to running again. He really helped guide my recovery and keep me on the path to return to healthy running. I am now back to doing what I love!

Julie | Wisconsin Rapids

I came into physical therapy not sure of what I was getting myself into! I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience and I will miss the amazing staff that I worked with. Everyone has gone above and beyond to work with my hip recovery process and get me back on my feet. After only two months in physical therapy, I completed two miles of running yesterday! So amazing! The compassion, excellence, and above and beyond care of this team will always be remembered. Thank you from my heart, Roberts Physical Therapy!

I was having hip pain, radiating down my leg into my foot. I had, had previous PT without resolution of my symptoms. I was concerned my next step would be an MRI and where it would lead. I happen to see a brochure from Roberts Therapy for a seminar on back pain. I learned about the procedure called dry needling. I setup an appointment and met with my PT who explained the procedure and what it does regarding pain relief. The procedure was very helpful for me as it resolved my lower leg symptoms, and I have reached a level of pain relief I had not reached in many years. I would highly recommend this office, it's staff, who are very friendly and knowledgeable in their expertise.

I have been a patient many times at Roberts, going back to when Brett got started in the Rapids area. Working with Brett and later Carl was always a positive and productive experience. My latest, was with Carl for rehab after a knee replacement. In the short time we worked together I saw daily improvements until now, three months post-surgery, seeing nearly full use regained with minimal discomfort. I highly recommend Roberts & Associates for all your rehab and recovery needs.

From the moment you walk into Roberts Physical Therapy, you are greeted by just the most exceptional Patient Care Coordinator, Amy. She puts you at ease the first time of having physical therapy and every appointment she tends to all your needs and always with a very friendly and kind smile. In a two-year timeframe I had two accidents, a broken shoulder and fractured hip with a rod put in. I couldn't have asked for a nicer more knowledgeable, caring therapist. He talked and listened to me! He explained to me what he was doing and in a way I could understand. He also gave me therapy exercises and too the time to go over them as much as I needed so I knew how to do them. Each appointment, my DPT would adjust therapy to keep me moving in the right direction. I can't say enough good things about my therapy experience. I highly recommend Roberts Physical Therapy to anyone needed therapy.

I came in with back pain that interfered with my daily activities. I was miserable, I am a caregiver to my husband who is disabled, and I was afraid if something happened to me - then what? The people here - from the cheerful and knowledgeable receptionist - to the physical therapist - took those fears and anxiety away. I did not need many appointments, because they knew what they were doing - TNS, massage, etc. Today I am pain free and doing life!

Sandra | Wisconsin Rapids

"I never felt like he had better things to do. He was very easy to understand and I didn't need a lot of special equipment to do the simple but effective exercises he prescribed. I've had physical therapy in the past but this didn't feel like therapy."

- Karen Bertolini | Wisconsin Rapids

"The exercises he has given me helped relieve the pain from my lower back. He was very good at explaining himself when he used language I did not initially understand. If I ever had any questions or problems, Brett would always help me out. I feel he helped me more at this point in my life (with my lower back) than anyone else has."

- Brenda Kurszewski | Wisconsin Rapids

"Therapy with Brett proved to be a very pleasant, positive, and professional experience for me. In fact, I actually looked forward to the sessions because I could clearly feel and observe my progress."

- Shirley Randall | Wisconsin Rapids
