Renee Kinney, CYT - Lab Staff
Hello, my name is Renee Kinney. I’m a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), a 200-hour certified Yoga Teacher, and I hold an associate degree in Health and Wellness Promotion. I’m currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership.
My passion lies in guiding others toward holistic wellness through mindful movement, breath awareness, and functional fitness. By blending principles of yoga with strength and mobility training, I help individuals build not just physical strength, but also mental clarity and balance. Whether you're an athlete looking to support recovery or someone seeking greater body awareness in daily life, my approach focuses on the powerful connection between movement, breath, and the mind. I’m here to help you feel stronger, more centered, and more connected—both on and off the mat.

Bridget Olson, BS, NBC-HWC - Lab Staff
Hi, I’m Bridget. My yoga journey began over eleven years ago when I attended my first yoga class in college. What started as a way to reduce stress quickly became something much deeper. Through yoga, I discovered not only mindfulness, but increased strength, flexibility, and a meaningful connection with my body that continues to guide me both on and off the mat.
In 2018, I completed my 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training at Empower Yoga in Appleton, Wisconsin. Along the way, I found my true passion in encouraging others to explore their own sense of balance, confidence, strength, and self-awareness.
In 2022, I expanded my training by becoming certified in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga — knowledge I was able to personally embrace during my own natural twin pregnancy. In 2023, I continued growing my practice by earning my Aerial Yoga certification.
Beyond teaching yoga, I am a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and have worked full-time in healthcare at ThedaCare Froedtert for over eleven years. My background allows me to blend evidence-based wellness practices with mindful movement to support whole-person health.
I am deeply passionate about sharing wellness, movement, and connection with others and creating spaces where individuals feel supported, empowered, and inspired.
